CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event you need to reschedule your appointment - Brows by Nicole L requires 48 hours notice to avoid a 50% fee of the service booked. Same day cancellations & No-shows are charged 100% of the service booked. Deposits are nonrefundable - you may reschedule ONE time to transfer deposit. Once the appointment is modified any other changes will result in forfeiting the deposit. If you are running late, a 5 minute grace period is given, once you are past the allotted time - your appointment will be canceled and will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly. To allow all of our guests to enjoy their visit - we ask that you come in solo, this means no extra guests or children.
