CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment to avoid a 50% fee of the service booked. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. Deposits are nonrefundable. You may reschedule one time (w/ 48 hour notice) and transfer your deposit. Any additional changes after that will result in forfeiting the deposit. If you are running late, a 5-minute grace period is allowed. After that time, your appointment will be canceled, marked as a no-show, and charged accordingly. To ensure a peaceful and professional environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you arrive alone, no extra guests or children, please.
