CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment to avoid a 50% fee of the service booked. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. Deposits are nonrefundable. You may reschedule one time and transfer your deposit. Any additional changes after that will result in forfeiting the deposit. If you are running late, a 5-minute grace period is allowed. After that time, your appointment will be canceled, marked as a no-show, and charged accordingly. To ensure a peaceful and professional environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you arrive alone, no extra guests or children, please.
